Exhibited: Bunka Oudan at Zaim Gallery

In the summer of 2008, I had a chance to travel around Japan for three weeks. At the conclusion of the trip, I participated in an exhibition in Yokohama entitled Bunka Oudan. The exhibition gave me a chance to reflect on my experiences as an outsider. The Interstice Blocks are a response to the extremes of the culture and the delicate balance that exists in Japan that allowed me to have countless mysterious and magical encounters with the land and people.
